Mary Alyce Rogers, LCSW-R, Psychotherapist

Mary Alyce Rogers is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice since 1998. She received her Masters of Social Work degree from Columbia University School of Social Work, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Her clinical experiences over the years are varied and include working in community and private counseling centers, residential and day treatment substance abuse treatment programs where she served as Program Director.

She has extensive experience working with those inflicted with anxiety related disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction/recovery, grief and loss, spirituality and chronic medical illness. Mary Alyce’s other areas of expertise include infertility, post-partum depression, family conflict resolution and couples’ therapy.

Mary Alyce utilizes a strength-based, trauma informed approach and is guided by the individual needs of her clients. She uses a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Mary Alyce is a deeply spiritual person and enjoys using a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating mindfulness practices into session.
